Medallia has prepared a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for our customers, which includes Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), also referred to as Model Clauses or Model Contracts.

The DPA has been designed to address the requirements of GDPR given the SaaS nature of Medallia’s products and services, the types of data processing we perform for our customers, as well as our extensive privacy and security programs. In addition, the SCCs provide a mechanism approved by the European Commission as offering adequate protection for data subjects when transferring personal data from the EU/EEA under the General Data Protection Regulation.
